Press Release from True Tunes Records
David Bunker

Passion for God openly displayed is a rare occurrence in such a "me" oriented world. Stillwater Rhythm embodies and displays a powerful connectedness with the God of the universe and they do it with funky world beat instruments and a sense of abandtruetunes.jpgonment that is both worshipful and spontaneous. Their spontaneous energy reveals their depth of musicianship and their earthy approach to percussion and instrumentation that makes their musical journey full of strange and wonderful musical landscapes. It hard not to enter in with them in the live concert for their exuberance for the things of God is truly obvious and contagious. Their common sense of purpose and community pour out of their musical offering and the recording has a charm that technology and marketing research often over power and over look. Much like their close friends in Waterdeep (Jeremy started their live tape trading archives), these guys have done Cornerstone, hit the road and did the festival circuit, played in a band with one of the members of Waterdeep (Zoe), and have established themselves as an emerging jam band that has the musical prowess to take off on a riff or groove and then bring it all back under the covering of a loving God. This rare talent to jam in the Spirit, if you will, comes with a lifestyle of worship. It is not a performance but merely allowing the crowd to join in with them as they enter in. Jam Pot has this tangible vulnerability that says, "This is who we are. Can you get past our human stuff and celebrate what we have in common?" It is this call to be childlike that makes Still Water Rhythm just that, a fresh drink of glorious joy, shared with that fresh minty taste of funky guitar and world beat percussion. Take a long deep drink and dance your soul into a Still Water frenzy of unspeakable joy.

Ministry Statement
We love God's Spirit. Without the Spirit, there is no relationship. The
Spirit is Jesus in us, living His life as if He were here. What an awesome privilege we take part in. We want to live that privilege to its fullest.

I'd like to introduce you to Jeremy George and Still Water Rhythm. For about 7 years I've been following, with great interest, Jeremy George's musical endeavors. He is a talented writer and performer with passion and pure artistry in all of his musical offerings. This was evident in material that I heard from him both individually and with the now dissolved group ZOE, which Jeremy fronted during his college years at Evangel University in Springfield, MO.

So when I heard that Jeremy had recently re-launched his music career with Still Water Rhythm, I was very excited to hear the product, knowing I could expect nothing less than what I was used to...passionate, thought-provoking Iyrics blended with together with high-quality musicianship.

I have had the privilege of working with Jeremy and Still Water Rhythm for the better part of a year now in a business relationship. CPO has carried both of their CD's and we have seen consistently strong sales from these two titles in comparison to my entire section of independent artists. In fact, this band sells better in my store than the majority of titles that I bring in from Grassroots Distribution, a company that distributes independent projects from groups like Caedmon's Call, Waterdeep, Bebo Norman and many others. I've also had the privilege of knowing personally most of the members of the group personally. You can be assured when you work with Still Water Rhythm, that you're dealing with people that love their music and love sharing the message their music conveys. I'm excited to recommend this group to you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Mudhouse coffeehouse
To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of working with Still Water Rhythm for more than a year as they perform regularly, at my coffeehouse. Out of the seven revolving musicians that l use, they are the band that consistently draws the most people which always leaves the coffeehouse standing room only. They have an extremely loyal following which l have seen grow since they began playing here. Not only do they, bring in great business when they play, but their Compact Disc that we retail also sells well. They constantly have to restock the stand.

l have also found the members of Still Water Rhythm to be extremely, professional. They always arrive on time to perform, handle themselves appropriately, and always do what they say they, are going to do. I enjoy working with them.

Sincerely,
Rob Weislocher

Nu Brew Coffeehouse
To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to recommend the band Still Water Rhythm. They have played at our coffeehouse many times and have always done a great job. Still Water Rhythm is a band that represents themselves with the highest degree of professionalism and character. The nicest thing about them is they make no apologies for their stand for Christ. It is very apparent through their music that Jesus Christ is first in what they do. They also have a very "tight" sound that everyone really gets into. They are definitely one of the top bands that play at Nu Brew Coffeehouse. Because of their heart for ministry and their excellent sound, I highly recommend them to play for anyone or anyplace.

In Christ,
Richard Yasinski

EastGate Church
To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Still Water Rhythm for over two years. They have led worship in my Church on several occasions and I've attended several of their evening performances. The young man who plays bass I've know since he was a child. Chris leads worship for our college and career cell meetings.

The young people involved in Still Water Rhythm are innovative and creative and appeal to all age groups. I do feel their main thrust would be to the younger generation. They write much of their own music, but they do an outstanding job leading worship with hymns and worship songs.

What I like most about Still Water Rhythm is their desire to glorify the Lord. In all they do they want to see Jesus glorified. I like their attitudes and their spirits and they have a genuine anointing to worship the Lord in music.

I highly recommend them to lead worship in your church or to come and perform for your high school or college age young people. I believe you will clearly see and hear the gospel of Jesus Christ as they lead in worship unto the Lord.

Sincerely,
Bud Kelly
